Mr. Uzan wanted to be an architect since the age of 12 so one day his family Jewish bankers, affiliated with Rothscholds sent him with a letter of introductrion to ENSBA, Ecole National Superieur des Beaux Arts de Paris professeur bernard Zerfusss gave him a chance to test him in his own architectural office for 30 days.

He advised Mr. Uzan to perfect his education in architecture at the world reknowned, though radically biased Post War ENSBA.

A competition is required to get into this french government sponsored, "Cultural Affair" free university.

After 30 days Mr. Zerfuss Wrote a letter of introduction to the French government concerning the issue that Mr. Uzan should have his credentials considered for the Concours, Competition.

Then Mr. Uzan excitedly but nervously prepared for the exam. He studied thoroughly under the tutorship of Sephardic Jew french architect Oliver Clement Cacoub winner of the pretigous Grand Prix de Rome award and also a ENSBA graduate.

He passed the test and was over joyed he would be admitted to the world's most prestigous School of Architecture

Mr Uzan studying and working from the age of 17 to 22 in an American base in europe concerning the architecture of for the reconstruction of europe thus 5 years preofessional training and thus he found two years at the ENSBA, and offered him a professional assitant position concerning international architectural students since Mr. Uzan wrote and spoke 5 languages fluently
